I can’t process my payment what should I do? If you are having trouble processing your payment please go through the steps below;

• Contact the bank to ensure that there are sufficient funds and no issues with the bank
• Double check that you have put in the billing & card details correctly
• Make sure that the billing address and number matches the details registered to the card
